| Comments: | These triangular boxes were made by following instructions/diagrams which came with an Aitoh origami kit. However, the paper used here was not part of the kit, and I altered the final appearance of the feathers by opening them up and flattening them a bit.
These Triple Feather boxes are sturdier than Plain-Style triangles, but also more challenging to create.
In this case, the challenge was increased by using MegaPack origami paper, which is typically thicker and stiffer than other types of origami paper. It was hard to work with, but produced very sturdy boxes.
All of the lids in this set have been enhanced by the addition of small adhesive faux gems. |
