| Comments: | This set features two tiny boxes with plain Masu lids, and four somewhat larger boxes with lid designs from Tomoko Fuse's Fantaisie (or Fancy) series.
The basic model for the latter is Fantaisie A. Others in the series all begin with the same basic folds as Fantaisie A but then incorporate modifications to create the B, C, and D versions.
The Fantaisie lids have an inner shell which helps to strengthen the structure and enhances the appearance of the interior. If using stiffer paper, the shell is not needed for structural reasons, but still looks nice.
A decorative liner has been added to the floor of some of these Fantaisie boxes. |
