Comments:I thought the two different types of paper used for this set of boxes would go together very well. The Yuzen washi has some of the same blue hues as the Aizomeshi.
 
Aizome is the Japanese word for indigo dye and here it refers to the distinctive deep blue color which makes this particular type of origami paper so rich-looking.
 
One of the boxes in the bottom row has been decorated with an origami crane. This crane was made separately from the box and then attached.
 
Note that the three boxes in the top row can be nested.
