Comments:The box in the middle of this photo and the one in the upper left corner are based on designs from Tomoko Fuse's Origami Boxes, while the other three boxes reflect designs from her Fabulous Origami Boxes.
 
The latter have lids which start with the basic steps in her Plain Square Box design. Many different types of lids can be created from this starting point. As you can see, the variations are far from plain!
 
The box with the crane is especially interesting. The crane was not made separately and then attached after construction of the lid. Instead, the crane is an integral part of the lid itself.
